The responsibility of Info.now ends upon the successful delivery of your email advertisement. The ability to predict the amount of recipients that will open and respond to your announcement is simply not possible.

In some cases advertisers may experience no sales, website hits or inquiries from their campaign.

Info.now guarantees at least a 2% click-thru rate. If our clients do not receive at least a 2% CTR from their campaign, we will re-run the campaign again to a new set of recipients free of charge. Info.now cannot (and does not) guarantee that the second campaign will have a 2% CTR*. You must have 3rd party proof that you did not receive the 2% CTR.

All sales are final.
